Jill’s Raw Kale Shake

1/2 cup filtered water

2 or 3 leaves of Organic Black or Curly Kale

4 Organic Spinach Leaves

1 Organic Banana

1 Slice of Organic Fresh Ginger

1 TB Organic Raw Agave

1/4 cup Organic Raw Cashews

 

Add all ingredients to high powered blender (I use a Vitamix)

Add a handful of ice cubes and blend thoroughly for thick cold shake consistency!

 

Options are Endless!

1 scoop Organic Raw Protein Powder                             
2 pitted Organic Dates

1 Organic Carrot

1 Organic Beet

Slice of Organic Fresh Turmeric
10 pieces of Organic Wheat Grass

Organic Cilantro or Parsley

Organic Pineapple, Strawberries, Raspberries, etc.,.

(Peel, slice and freeze bananas for an extra thick shake!)
